The Brief

HARRI is a London-based avant-garde fashion label known for its sculptural, inflatable latex designs and high-impact cultural moments. Following the brand's BFC NEWGEN debut and Sam Smith's viral 2023 BRIT Awards look, HARRI was attracting inbound interest from commercial partners.

When an approach came in from Southern Comfort — the New Orleans whisky label — the goal was to assess the opportunity and negotiate a partnership deal that served HARRI's creative vision and commercial interests.

The Approach

I led the negotiation on HARRI's behalf — evaluating the opportunity, structuring the terms, and securing the partnership agreement.

The collaboration resulted in the SoCo x HARRI Halloween Collection: three haute couture costumes — the Villain Vampire, Golden Pumpkin, and Red Witch — designed in HARRI's signature exaggerated silhouette and 100% vegan latex, with a bespoke Southern Comfort bottle holder integrated into every look. Available for the public to rent at Costume Boutique, London.

The Results

• Identified and secured a brand partnership between an emerging London designer and a global drinks label.

• Negotiated terms that reflected the commercial and creative value HARRI brought to the collaboration.

• Partnership went on to deliver a culturally resonant Halloween activation reaching fashion and lifestyle audiences across the UK.
